Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this before you rely on anything at textsdiseases.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Only

Textsdiseases Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems or drain fields, fix sewer lines, or do any other plumbing work. If someone works on your property, that is an independent provider, not Textsdiseases Septic.

Not an Endorsement

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

What you read here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Every septic system and sewer line is different, and what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices change with the job, your location, the system design, soil conditions and local permit rules. Ask the provider for a written quote before work starts.

About Insurance

Anything we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a problem. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision, so ask your insurer or agent.

Staying Safe

Septic tanks and sewage can hold harmful gases and bacteria, and tanks can be deep and open. Never climb into a septic tank or work near an open one. Keep children and pets away from wastewater. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How Textsdiseases Septic Is Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Textsdiseases Septic when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and up to date. Still, we make no warranty that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
